感應(yīng)回火對冷成形高強(qiáng)度鋼方管力學(xué)特性的影響

【摘要】:針對直接冷彎成形工藝制備的高強(qiáng)度鋼方管出現(xiàn)彎角力學(xué)性能下降、冷作硬化效應(yīng)明顯和殘余應(yīng)力集中等問題,提出了在線局部感應(yīng)回火工藝.該工藝有效解決了冷成形高強(qiáng)度鋼方管角部缺陷問題,并發(fā)現(xiàn)不同感應(yīng)回火溫度對彎角力學(xué)性能有較大的影響.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)回火溫度在650℃時(shí),方管彎角處強(qiáng)度和延伸率與原材料性能接近,在酸洗壓扁實(shí)驗(yàn)中的壓下量超過方管對角線1/2仍沒有裂紋出現(xiàn),殘余應(yīng)力大小和分布也得到一定程度的改善;當(dāng)回火溫度為700℃時(shí),高強(qiáng)度鋼方管彎角強(qiáng)度開始降低,熱影響區(qū)變大,殘余應(yīng)力分布異常.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of low angle mechanical properties, obvious hardening effect and residual stress concentration in high strength steel square tubes prepared by direct cold forming, an on-line local induction tempering process is proposed. This process effectively solves the problem of corner defect of high strength steel tube in cold forming, and it is found that different induction tempering temperature has great influence on the mechanical properties of bending angle.
