極薄帶軋制變形區(qū)軋輥壓扁試驗(yàn)與有限元模擬

【摘要】:極薄帶在軋制及平整過程中,工作輥的彈性壓扁對(duì)軋制壓力的分布有很大影響,傳統(tǒng)的軋制力模型已經(jīng)不再適用。為了在極薄帶板形板厚控制過程中得到準(zhǔn)確的軋制力,Fleck提出了新的軋輥壓扁模型。針對(duì)Fleck模型進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,同時(shí)進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析。試驗(yàn)過程中使用合金工具鋼軋輥,軋制不同厚度的軋件,通過顯微鏡測(cè)量變形區(qū)各部位的厚度,得到變形區(qū)軋輥的近似輪廓形狀。試驗(yàn)與有限元模擬結(jié)果表明,隨著軋件厚度的減小,變形區(qū)出現(xiàn)了明顯的中性區(qū),但是很難出現(xiàn)Fleck模型中提到的彈性卸載區(qū),因此計(jì)算極薄帶軋制力時(shí)可以忽略中性區(qū)內(nèi)的彈性卸載區(qū)以簡(jiǎn)化軋制力模型。
[Abstract]:The elastic flattening of the work roll has a great influence on the distribution of rolling pressure in the rolling and leveling process of the extremely thin strip, and the traditional rolling force model is no longer applicable. A new roll flattening model was proposed in order to obtain an accurate rolling force in the process of strip thickness control. The Fleck model is tested and analyzed by finite element method. In the process of testing, the alloy tool steel roll is used to roll different thickness of workpiece. The thickness of each part of the deformation zone is measured by microscope, and the approximate contour of the roll in the deformation zone is obtained. The results of experiment and finite element simulation show that with the decrease of workpiece thickness, the deformation zone has obvious neutral zone, but it is difficult to find the elastic unloading zone mentioned in the Fleck model. In order to simplify the rolling force model, the elastic unloading zone in the neutral region can be neglected when calculating the rolling force of the very thin strip.
