熱處理工藝對(duì)022Cr17Ni12Mo2不銹鋼組織和腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:采用金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、電化學(xué)試驗(yàn)研究了不同熱處理工藝下船用奧氏體不銹鋼022Cr17Ni12Mo2的微觀組織和均勻腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,隨著固溶溫度的升高,鋼的平均晶粒度變大;腐蝕率則隨固溶溫度的升高先降低后增加,在固溶溫度為1090℃時(shí),腐蝕率最小。隨著固溶溫度的增加,試樣表面由粗糙、不規(guī)則形狀突起、表面成膜狀況差等逐漸形成致密平整的保護(hù)膜。固溶溫度為1090℃時(shí),試樣表面的腐蝕膜覆蓋范圍、致密性和均勻性最好。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and uniform corrosion behavior of marine austenitic stainless steel (022Cr17Ni12Mo2) under different heat treatment conditions were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and electrochemical test. The results show that the average grain size of the steel increases with the increase of the solution temperature, and the corrosion rate decreases first and then increases with the increase of the solution temperature, and the corrosion rate is the lowest when the solution temperature is 1090 鈩,
