【摘要】：表面著色技術(shù)能在材料表面形成不同顏色的保護性膜層,在提高材料表面性能的同時,又可賦予產(chǎn)品漂亮的外觀或?qū)崿F(xiàn)消光等目的。表面著色有兩種形式:一是,所生成的化合物自身具有一定的顏色;二是,光線的反射、折射、干涉等效應(yīng)而使表面呈現(xiàn)不同顏色。作為兩類重要的結(jié)構(gòu)材料,鎂合金和鈦合金因其各自優(yōu)良的性質(zhì)被應(yīng)用于諸多領(lǐng)域。綜述了鎂合金和鈦合金表面著色工藝研究進展,介紹了鎂合金和鈦合金表面著色工藝研究及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。鎂合金表面著色工藝包括:化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化+噴涂、金屬涂層、有機涂層、陽極氧化和微弧氧化;鈦合金表面著色工藝包括:熱氧化、化學(xué)氧化、陽極氧化和微弧氧化。列舉了應(yīng)用于鎂合金和鈦合金表面著色的具體工藝參數(shù),總結(jié)了兩種合金表面著色的具體應(yīng)用。鎂合金和鈦合金部件經(jīng)表面著色處理后,可以兼顧輕量化和強度要求,并實現(xiàn)部件外觀的裝飾性。基于鎂合金和鈦合金表面著色工藝研究的現(xiàn)有成果,對鎂合金和鈦合金表面著色的研究提出了一定展望。
[Abstract]:Surface coloring can form a protective coating of different colors on the surface of the material. While improving the surface properties of the material, it can also give the product a beautiful appearance or the realization of extinction. The surface coloring has two forms: first, the generated compounds have their own colors; two, the reflection, refraction, interference and other effects of the light. As two important structural materials, magnesium alloys and titanium alloys are used in many fields because of their excellent properties. The progress in the research on the surface coloring process of magnesium and titanium alloys is reviewed. The research and application of the surface coloring process of magnesium and titanium alloys are introduced. The process package for the surface coloring of magnesium alloys is introduced. Including chemical conversion + spraying, metal coating, organic coating, anodic oxidation and micro arc oxidation, the surface coloring process of titanium alloy includes thermal oxidation, chemical oxidation, anodic oxidation and micro arc oxidation. The specific process parameters applied to the surface coloring of magnesium alloy and titanium alloy are enumerated, and the concrete applications of the two kinds of alloy surface coloring are summarized. The titanium alloy components can be treated with surface coloring, which can give consideration to the requirements of light weight and strength, and to realize the decoration of the appearance of the components. Based on the existing achievements in the study of the surface coloring process of magnesium alloys and titanium alloys, the research on the surface coloring of magnesium alloys and titanium alloys is given a certain prospect.
