汽車鋼板表面線狀缺陷控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:針對(duì)線狀缺陷是制約汽車鋼板表面品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,對(duì)汽車鋼種熱軋板和冷軋板的表面缺陷進(jìn)行SEMEDS分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)保護(hù)渣是引起汽車板線狀缺陷的主要原因。提高鋼液潔凈度可以緩解水口堵塞,進(jìn)而減少保護(hù)渣卷入與內(nèi)壁大尺寸夾雜物脫落,此外優(yōu)化結(jié)晶器流場(chǎng)也可以防止卷渣的發(fā)生。某鋼廠通過(guò)工藝優(yōu)化,使加鋁前鋼液溶解氧降低明顯,并有效減少連鑄過(guò)程鋼液的二次氧化,提高了鋼液潔凈度。此外還通過(guò)對(duì)浸入式水口結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,降低了結(jié)晶器上回流強(qiáng)度,使液面波動(dòng)明顯減小。采取上述工藝優(yōu)化,軋板表面線狀缺陷的發(fā)生率顯著降低。
[Abstract]:The surface defects of hot rolled and cold rolled automobile steel plates are analyzed by SEMEDS in view of that linear defects are the key problems that restrict the surface quality of automobile steel plates. It is found that mould powder is the main cause of linear defect of automobile plate. Improving the cleanliness of molten steel can alleviate the clogging of the nozzle and reduce the involvement of the mold powder and the falling off of the large size inclusions in the inner wall. In addition, optimizing the flow field of the mold can also prevent the occurrence of the slag entrainment. By optimizing the process, the dissolved oxygen of molten steel can be reduced obviously, and the secondary oxidation of liquid steel can be reduced effectively during continuous casting, and the cleanliness of liquid steel will be improved. In addition, by optimizing the structure of submerged nozzle, the reflux intensity on the mold is reduced, and the fluctuation of liquid surface is obviously reduced. By using the above process optimization, the incidence of linear defects on the surface of the rolling plate is significantly reduced.
