DK7632低速走絲電火花線切割機(jī)床在加工典型沖壓模具零件中的工藝研究

【摘要】:冷沖壓模具零件是一類重要的沖壓方式加工的零件,常見的如凹模鑲件等,在加工此類零件時(shí),最主要的問題就是如何處理好切割零件時(shí)的變形和支撐段的修刀。目前關(guān)于這方面問題的研究已經(jīng)很多,且研究出了很多處理方法。對(duì)于零件的變形,主要是依據(jù)穿絲孔的位置、裝夾的方法等來進(jìn)行判斷處理,而對(duì)于支撐段修切的處理對(duì)零件的精度和加工會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大影響,因而此方面還沒有得出明確結(jié)論。對(duì)凹模板的加工,如何提高模板的加工精度是主要的考慮問題。為滿足此方面的要求,對(duì)在加工諸如錐度上下異形等零件時(shí),可以利用一些先進(jìn)的加工方法,比如線切割等,這樣可以顯著的提高加工效率、也有利于提供定位精度等,因而有較好的適用性。低速走絲線切割就是這樣一種加工技術(shù),其可以較好的滿足高精度的異形零件加工要求,對(duì)一些復(fù)雜的異形模板零件等也有很高的適用性。目前這種加工技術(shù)在模具和機(jī)械制造領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要的作用,對(duì)提高模具加工精度,促進(jìn)機(jī)床行業(yè)的發(fā)展也有一定的積極的推動(dòng)作用。在利用低速走絲線切割機(jī)床進(jìn)行零件加工時(shí),需要進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)編程,并通過程序設(shè)計(jì)來完成起割點(diǎn)的選擇、切割參數(shù)的設(shè)置等相關(guān)的任務(wù),這樣才可以確保機(jī)床順利的實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)加工目的。電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子定子模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和形狀較為復(fù)雜,其加工難度也很大,而低速走絲線切割可以較好的滿足其加工要求,對(duì)其中的凹模板、異形凸模、等零件可以精確的加工,因而本文主要是利用這種技術(shù)來對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子定子模具進(jìn)行加工。
[Abstract]:Cold stamping die parts are a kind of important stamping parts, such as concave die inserts and so on. The most important problem is how to deal with the deformation of cutting parts and the repair of support section.At present, there has been a lot of research on this issue, and many methods have been developed.For the deformation of the parts, it is mainly based on the position of the piercing hole and the method of clamping, etc., but the cutting treatment of the support section has a great influence on the precision of the part and the trade union, so no clear conclusion has been reached in this respect.How to improve the machining accuracy of concave formwork is the main consideration.In order to meet this requirement, some advanced processing methods, such as wire cutting, can be used in machining parts such as taper up and down profiled, which can significantly improve the processing efficiency and provide positioning accuracy.As a result, there is a better applicability.Low-speed wire cutting is such a processing technology, which can better meet the requirements of high-precision special-shaped parts processing, and also has a high applicability to some complex special-shaped formwork parts.At present, this kind of machining technology has played an important role in the field of mould and machine manufacture, and has also played a positive role in improving the precision of die processing and promoting the development of machine tool industry.In the process of parts machining with low speed wire-cutting machine, it is necessary to carry out computer programming, and through programming to complete the selection of cutting point, the setting of cutting parameters, and other related tasks, such as the selection of cutting point, the setting of cutting parameters, and so on.Only in this way can we ensure that the machine tool can achieve the related processing purpose smoothly.The structure and shape of the stator die of the motor rotor are more complicated, and the machining difficulty is also very great. The low-speed wire cutting can meet the requirements of machining, and the concave template, special convex die, and other parts can be accurately processed.Therefore, this paper mainly uses this technology to process the stator die of motor rotor.
