【摘要】：為研究不同焊接輸入條件對(duì)海面建筑用Q460NH鋼的沖擊性能的影響,分別在不同熱輸入條件下對(duì)Q460NH鋼進(jìn)行焊接,并在-30℃低溫對(duì)Q460NH鋼的沖擊功和顯微組織進(jìn)行測(cè)試和觀察。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)熱輸入為21 k J/cm時(shí),Q460NH鋼的沖擊功達(dá)到最大值84 J;當(dāng)熱輸入大于21 k J/cm時(shí),Q460NH鋼的沖擊功呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)。針狀鐵素體的面積分?jǐn)?shù)隨著熱輸入的增加呈先增加后減小的趨勢(shì),而側(cè)板條鐵素體和晶界鐵素體的面積分?jǐn)?shù)隨熱輸入的增加呈先減小后增加的趨勢(shì)。
