【摘要】:以不同Ce含量的系列商業(yè)磁體(R_(1-x)Ce_x)_(30.5~31.5)Fe_(bal.)B_1M_1(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)試Ce-Fe-B磁體的抗彎強(qiáng)度、斷裂韌性、硬度及脆性指數(shù)等性能,并對(duì)磁體的微觀斷口進(jìn)行SEM和EDS分析。結(jié)果表明,含Ce磁體的抗彎強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌性隨Ce含量的增加呈減小的趨勢(shì),其Vickers硬度隨Ce含量(x)的變化規(guī)律不明顯。當(dāng)x=0.15時(shí),磁體力學(xué)性能出現(xiàn)極大值,磁體的抗彎強(qiáng)度、斷裂韌性及脆性指數(shù)等力學(xué)指標(biāo)均明顯優(yōu)于普通燒結(jié)Nd-Fe-B磁體;在此磁體中發(fā)現(xiàn)較多的"絮狀"氧化物相存在,絮狀相在裂紋擴(kuò)展過程中會(huì)吸收一部分能量,可以緩解裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力集中狀態(tài),因而起到強(qiáng)化和韌化的作用,對(duì)提高磁體的力學(xué)性能有利。當(dāng)磁體中的Ce含量達(dá)到x=0.45時(shí),磁體的力學(xué)性能明顯變差,這是因?yàn)?此時(shí)磁體中有大晶粒出現(xiàn),磁體的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)明顯劣化。不同Ce含量磁體的斷裂微觀機(jī)制主要為沿晶斷裂。
[Abstract]:Taking a series of commercial magnets with different ce content as the object of study, the properties of Ce-Fe-B magnets such as flexural strength, fracture toughness, hardness and brittleness index were tested, and the micro-fracture of the magnets was analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that the flexural strength and fracture toughness of ce containing magnets decrease with the increase of ce content, and the variation of Vickers hardness with ce content is not obvious.When x = 0.15, the mechanical properties of the magnets are maximized, and the mechanical properties of the magnets, such as bending strength, fracture toughness and brittleness index, are obviously superior to those of the ordinary sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets, and more "flocculent" oxide phases are found in the magnets.The flocculating phase absorbs some energy during crack propagation, which can alleviate the stress concentration state at the crack tip, so it plays the role of strengthening and toughening, which is beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of magnets.The mechanical properties of the magnets become worse when the content of ce in the magnets reaches x0. 45, which is due to the appearance of large grains in the magnets and the obvious deterioration of the microstructure of the magnets.The fracture mechanism of magnets with different ce content is mainly intergranular fracture.
