5083鋁合金窄間隙MIG焊工藝研究

【摘要】:對5083鋁合金進(jìn)行了窄間隙MIG焊接試驗,采用正交試驗得出各焊接參數(shù)對焊縫側(cè)壁熔深的影響,通過單因素試驗得到合適的預(yù)熱溫度。結(jié)果顯示,焊接電流和焊接速度對焊縫側(cè)壁熔深影響較大,焊接電壓對焊縫側(cè)壁熔深影響較小。隨著焊接電流的增加,側(cè)壁熔深增加;隨著焊接速度的減小,側(cè)壁熔深增加。預(yù)熱使熔池向母材的散熱速度變慢,散失的熱量下降,有效增加側(cè)壁熔深。較合適的焊接參數(shù)為焊接電流225 A,焊接速度4 mm/s,預(yù)熱溫度200℃。
[Abstract]:The narrow gap MIG welding test of 5083 aluminum alloy was carried out. The influence of welding parameters on the penetration depth of weld side wall was obtained by orthogonal test, and the appropriate preheating temperature was obtained by single factor test.The results show that welding current and welding speed have great influence on weld side wall penetration, while welding voltage has little effect on weld side wall penetration.With the increase of welding current, the penetration depth of side wall increases, and with the decrease of welding speed, the penetration depth of side wall increases.Preheating slows the heat dissipation of the pool to the base metal, decreases the heat loss, and effectively increases the penetration depth of the side wall.The suitable welding parameters are welding current 225A, welding speed 4 mm / s, preheating temperature 200 鈩,
