面向液壓機組的液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動控制方法研究

【摘要】:液壓系統(tǒng)因為其本身的各種優(yōu)良特性,自從應(yīng)用以來,逐漸成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民日常生活中的重要基礎(chǔ)組成部分,在各個行業(yè)都有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。以液壓系統(tǒng)為核心的液壓機也因為其負載能力大的特性,成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造中重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一,而液壓機能耗高和能量利用效率低的缺點逐漸成為人們關(guān)注的焦點之一,另外隨著“綠色制造”和“低碳制造”的興起,液壓機的能耗也有了更高的要求。本文從多機控制的角度,探討液壓機的新的節(jié)能控制方法。首先分析液壓機能耗在時間域上的變化情況和在空間域上的分布狀況,建立液壓機成形過程量化方程和液壓機零部件效能分析模型,明確液壓機的能量損失來源。其次,在能量損失的分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出多機節(jié)能控制方法,解決導(dǎo)致液壓機能耗較大的問題,提高液壓機的能效。同時,建立多機節(jié)能控制方法下液壓機的能耗模型和工作效率模型,從而衡量液壓機在能耗和效率方面的表現(xiàn)。為了實施多機節(jié)能控制,提出驅(qū)動控制約束條件,并在約束下,給出“不重疊”控制策略和“壓制區(qū)連續(xù)”控制策略,并分別建立相應(yīng)的控制模型。另外,針對多個不同的策略選擇問題,給出統(tǒng)一的評價體系,并以提出的兩個控制策略為例進行研究。以某公司HY-Y30-16型液壓機作為實驗對象,分別獲取其時間域上的能耗分布和其他工藝參數(shù),以各個控制策略模型為計算基礎(chǔ),分別給出不同策略下的控制邏輯,并比較相對應(yīng)策略的能耗和工作效率表現(xiàn),證明了多機節(jié)能控制方法的節(jié)能效果和不同策略的適用場景,為方法的實際應(yīng)用給出指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Since its application, hydraulic system has become an important basic part of industrial production and people's daily life, and has been widely used in various industries.Hydraulic press with hydraulic system as its core has become one of the important infrastructure in industrial production because of its high load capacity, and the shortcomings of high energy consumption and low energy utilization efficiency of hydraulic press have gradually become one of the focuses of attention.In addition, with the rise of "green manufacturing" and "low-carbon manufacturing", the energy consumption of hydraulic press also has higher requirements.This paper discusses the new energy-saving control method of hydraulic press from the point of view of multi-machine control.Firstly, the variation of energy consumption in time domain and the distribution in space are analyzed, and the quantitative equation of forming process of hydraulic press and the efficiency analysis model of hydraulic press parts are established to determine the source of energy loss of hydraulic press.Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of energy loss, the energy saving control method of multi-machine is put forward to solve the problem that leads to the large energy consumption of hydraulic press, and to improve the energy efficiency of hydraulic press.At the same time, the energy consumption model and working efficiency model of hydraulic press under multi-machine energy-saving control method are established to measure the performance of hydraulic press in energy consumption and efficiency.In order to implement multi-machine energy-saving control, the constraint conditions of drive control are put forward. Under the constraints, the control strategies of "no overlap" and "continuous control in the suppression zone" are given, and the corresponding control models are established respectively.In addition, a unified evaluation system is given for many different strategy selection problems, and two control strategies are studied as an example.Taking the HY-Y30-16 hydraulic press of a certain company as the experimental object, the energy consumption distribution and other process parameters in the time domain are obtained, and the control logic under different strategies is given based on each control strategy model.By comparing the energy consumption and working efficiency of the corresponding strategy, the energy-saving effect of the multi-machine energy-saving control method and the applicable scenarios of different strategies are proved, which provides guidance for the practical application of the method.
