ECAP對粉末冶金ZK60鎂合金組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:采用粉末冶金法制備了ZK60鎂合金,對擠壓態(tài)鎂合金在不同溫度和道次下進(jìn)行了ECAP處理,研究了不同溫度和道次對材料微觀組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,較高溫度條件下能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)鎂合金棒材的等徑角擠壓,且在擠壓溫度為260℃時(shí),材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率達(dá)到最佳值。進(jìn)一步在此溫度下進(jìn)行不同道次的等徑角擠壓后發(fā)現(xiàn),合金的晶粒尺寸明顯細(xì)化,材料的性能進(jìn)一步得到改善,抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率分別達(dá)到341.5 MPa和29.3%。研究表明,合適的等徑角擠壓溫度和不同的道次能夠改善粉末冶金法制備的鎂合金的力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:ZK60 magnesium alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of different temperatures and passes on the microstructure and properties of extruded magnesium alloys were studied by ECAP treatment at different temperatures and passes.The results show that the equal-diameter angular extrusion of magnesium alloy bar can be realized at higher temperature, and the tensile strength and elongation of magnesium alloy bar can reach the optimum value when the extrusion temperature is 260 鈩,
