文獻名稱：鐵型覆砂鑄造磨球工藝的試驗研究

    前言：應(yīng)用鐵型覆砂鑄造技術(shù)和計算機磨球工藝裝備和試驗裝置,進行了現(xiàn)場工藝試驗,獲得了關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。試驗結(jié)果表明,新工藝生產(chǎn)的磨球尺寸精度可以達到CT6級,表面粗糙度達到Ra12.5,球鐵材質(zhì)鑄態(tài)硬度(HRC)平均值為32～34,直徑60mm磨球的工藝出品率達到70%,生產(chǎn)工序少、周期短,適合機械化生產(chǎn)線方式進行大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。
