成分及燒結(jié)溫度對Fe-Al反應材料反應熱的影響

【摘要】:以微米級Fe、Al粉末為原料,通過冷等靜壓制備了Fe:Al質(zhì)量比分別為3:7、4:6、5:5的壓坯,并利用差示掃描量熱儀研究了不同成分配比對壓坯反應熱的影響,確定出具有最大反應熱的壓坯成分;采用無壓燒結(jié)法將該配比壓坯燒結(jié)成Fe-Al反應材料,并研究了燒結(jié)溫度對該材料組織結(jié)構(gòu)與反應熱的影響。結(jié)果表明,質(zhì)量比為Fe:Al=4:6的壓坯具有最大的反應熱,達到 589.8 J/g;該壓坯在540℃燒結(jié)時,生成少量的金屬間化合物Al_(13)Fe_4、Fe_2Al_5,使反應熱降低,且不利于擴散反應的進一步進行;而在530℃燒結(jié)時,無明顯金屬間化合物生成,反應熱略有下降,達到 538.5 J/g。
[Abstract]:The compacts with Fe:Al mass ratio of 3: 7: 4: 6: 5 were prepared by cold isostatic pressing using micron Feanal powder as raw material. The effect of different composition on the reaction heat of compacts was studied by differential scanning calorimeter, and the compacts with maximum reaction heat were determined.The Fe-Al reaction material was sintered by pressureless sintering method, and the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and reaction heat of the material was studied.The results show that the compacts with a mass ratio of Fe:Al=4:6 have the maximum reaction heat, reaching to 589.8 J / g, and when the compacts are sintered at 540 鈩,
