800MPa級冷軋雙相鋼的動態(tài)變形行為及本構(gòu)模型

【摘要】:采用Hopkinson拉桿試驗系統(tǒng)對800 MPa級冷軋雙相鋼(DP800)進行動態(tài)拉伸試驗,動態(tài)拉伸選擇應(yīng)變速率為500、1000和2250 s~(-1).通過比較試驗結(jié)果得出:雙相鋼的塑性延伸強度Rp0.2和抗拉強度Rm與應(yīng)變速率的關(guān)系呈指數(shù)形式增加;DP800在高應(yīng)變速率塑性變形會產(chǎn)生絕熱溫升效應(yīng),計算可得DP800在應(yīng)變速率為2250 s-1時拉伸變形產(chǎn)生的絕熱溫升為89℃.基于J-C(Johnson-Cook)模型和Z-A(Zerilli-Armstrong)模型,對DP800的本構(gòu)模型進行了研究,并對J-C模型應(yīng)變速率效應(yīng)多項式進行二次化修正,修正后的J-C模型相較于J-C模型對DP800在不同應(yīng)變速率下的平均可決系數(shù)從0.9228提高到0.9886.
[Abstract]:The dynamic tensile test of 800 MPa cold rolled duplex steel was carried out by using Hopkinson rod test system. The dynamic tensile selective strain rates were 500,1000 and 2250 sb-1 ~ (-1), respectively.The results show that the relationship between plastic extension strength (Rp0.2) and tensile strength (R _ m) and strain rate of dual-phase steel increases exponentially when the strain rate plastic deformation is high, and the adiabatic temperature rise will occur.The adiabatic temperature of DP800 is 89 鈩,
