基于DOE的大型下架體鑄鋼件鑄造工藝優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:特大型旋回破碎機下架體鑄件生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)生大量的縮孔縮松缺陷,無法滿足質(zhì)量要求。經(jīng)研究認為,該鑄件產(chǎn)生的縮孔缺陷主要由鑄件的內(nèi)圈冒口類型、內(nèi)圈和外圈冒口是否添加補貼及補貼類型、澆注溫度等因素決定。采用Taguchi試驗設計(Design of experiment,DOE)方法,以鑄件縮孔體積最小和工藝出品率最高作為試驗指標,以內(nèi)圈冒口類型、內(nèi)圈補貼、外圈補貼和澆注溫度作為影響因子,設計L_9(3~4)正交試驗方案,通過ProCAST軟件對9組試驗方案進行模擬并分析結果,獲得了該鑄件的最優(yōu)鑄造工藝為內(nèi)圈用4個圓柱形發(fā)熱冒口補縮、內(nèi)圈和外圈均添加補貼、在1 560℃澆注。實際澆注驗證結果表明,采用DOE法對該大型鑄鋼件的鑄造工藝優(yōu)化在最大程度上減少了縮孔縮松的產(chǎn)生,同時也提高了鑄造工藝出品率。
[Abstract]:A large number of shrinkage defects occurred in the production of super large scale rotary crusher lower frame castings, which can not meet the quality requirements.It is considered that the shrinkage defects of the casting are mainly determined by the type of inner ring riser, whether the inner ring and outer ring riser are subsidized and the type of subsidy, the pouring temperature and so on.Using Taguchi test design of experiment design of design of experiment doe), taking the smallest volume of shrinkage hole and the highest production rate of casting as the test index, the inner ring riser type, inner ring subsidy, outer ring subsidy and pouring temperature as the influence factors, the orthogonal test scheme was designed.Nine groups of test schemes were simulated and analyzed by ProCAST software.
