輸電鐵塔主材角鋼的低溫拉伸和沖擊試驗

【摘要】:低溫會影響輸電鐵塔鋼材的力學性能,容易導致塔材的脆性斷裂事故,危及鐵塔乃至整個電力系統(tǒng)的安全。筆者針對Q345B和Q420C高強度鋼材角鋼及其焊接接頭,通過低溫拉伸試驗和夏比沖擊試驗,研究了不同材質、不同厚度角鋼及其焊接接頭的低溫力學性能。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),Q345B角鋼和焊接接頭、Q420C角鋼和焊接接頭的韌脆轉變溫度分別為-2.59,-15.28,-32.33和-6.76℃,低溫會使4種鋼材的的抗拉強度和屈服強度均有所提高,在-45℃的高寒地區(qū)的輸電鐵塔,選擇Q420C角鋼可以滿足設計要求,但是應該盡量避免對Q420C進行焊接處理。
[Abstract]:The low temperature will affect the mechanical properties of steel in transmission tower, which will easily lead to brittle fracture of tower material and endanger the safety of tower and even the whole power system.The low temperature mechanical properties of angle steel and welded joint of Q345B and Q420C high strength steel were studied by low temperature tensile test and Charpy impact test.The results show that the ductile-brittle transition temperatures of Q345B angle steel and welded joint Q420C angle steel and welded joint are -2.59- 15.28ng-32.33 and -6.76 鈩,
