高速球銑路徑對(duì)淬硬鋼SKD11表面摩擦特性的影響

【摘要】:通過高速銑削試驗(yàn)與環(huán)-塊摩擦磨損試驗(yàn),借助白光干涉儀、超景深三維顯微鏡、顯微硬度計(jì)等分析檢測設(shè)備,研究了走刀路徑對(duì)淬硬模具鋼SKD11表面摩擦特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:球銑加工表面摩擦特性具有方向性,當(dāng)走刀方向與摩擦方向垂直時(shí),摩擦因數(shù)最小,磨痕寬度最窄,當(dāng)二者夾角成45°時(shí),摩擦因數(shù)最大,磨痕寬度最寬。球銑走刀路徑影響加工表面形貌取向,表面形貌通過改變接觸應(yīng)力和磨屑捕捉能力來影響犁耕效應(yīng)和黏著效應(yīng),進(jìn)而影響摩擦特性。干摩擦工況下,主要磨損機(jī)理是磨粒磨損與氧化磨損,試驗(yàn)15 min后表面微溝槽形貌均已消失;而潤滑工況下,表面微溝槽依然清晰,走刀路徑與摩擦方向夾角成0°與45°試樣表面出現(xiàn)磨粒磨損特征,而夾角成90°試樣表面無明顯劃痕,表明采用該路徑進(jìn)行球銑加工具有較好的減磨效果。
[Abstract]:By means of high-speed milling test and ring-block friction and wear test, with the aid of white light interferometer, three dimensional hyperfield microscope and microhardness tester, the influence of tool path on the surface friction characteristics of hardened die steel SKD11 was studied.The results show that the friction characteristics of the milling surface are directional. When the walking direction is perpendicular to the friction direction, the friction coefficient is the smallest and the wear mark width is the narrowest. When the angle between them is 45 擄, the friction coefficient is the largest and the wear mark width is the widest.The path of the ball milling tool affects the orientation of the machined surface. The surface morphology affects the ploughing effect and the adhesion effect by changing the contact stress and the debris trapping ability, thus affecting the friction characteristics.Under dry friction condition, the main wear mechanism is abrasive wear and oxidation wear. After 15 min test, the surface micro-groove morphology has disappeared, but under lubrication condition, the surface micro-groove is still clear.The wear characteristics of the surface of the specimen with the angle of 0 擄and 45 擄between the path of the tool and the direction of friction, and the angle of 90 擄, have no obvious scratch on the surface of the specimen, which indicates that the wear reduction effect is better by using this path in the ball milling process.
