【摘要】:針對(duì)半無(wú)頭軋制卷取機(jī)下夾送輥液壓閥臺(tái)不能快速泄壓的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了閥臺(tái)的調(diào)定。在調(diào)定中,根據(jù)先導(dǎo)減壓閥與先導(dǎo)溢流閥的壓力變化情況,最終確定了問(wèn)題的原因在于先導(dǎo)溢流閥中先導(dǎo)油的供排方式不合理。找出了同一套遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)共同控制先導(dǎo)減壓閥的減壓與先導(dǎo)溢流閥溢流的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。通過(guò)深入分析液壓閥的結(jié)構(gòu)與調(diào)壓原理,可更好地根據(jù)調(diào)試時(shí)液壓回路中各點(diǎn)的壓力變化分析解決液壓系統(tǒng)中存在問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the hydraulic valve table of the clamping roller under the semi-headless rolling coiler can not release the pressure quickly, the adjustment of the valve table is carried out.According to the pressure variation of the pilot relief valve and the pilot relief valve, the reason of the problem is the unreasonable supply and discharge mode of the pilot oil in the pilot relief valve.The advantages and disadvantages of the pressure-relief and pilot relief valve relief controlled by the same remote pressure regulating system are found out.By deeply analyzing the structure of hydraulic valve and the principle of pressure regulation, the existing problems in hydraulic system can be better solved according to the pressure variation of every point in hydraulic circuit during debugging.
