【摘要】:通過等溫壓縮試驗研究AA2014鍛造鋁合金的熱變形行為。試驗在Gleeble-3180熱模擬機(jī)上進(jìn)行,溫度和應(yīng)變速率范圍分別為350~480°C和0.001~1 s~(-1)。利用金相顯微鏡(OM)、電子背散射衍射(EBSD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)等分析手段觀察合金在不同變形條件下的顯微組織,并構(gòu)建應(yīng)變?yōu)?.1、0.3、0.5和0.7時的加工圖。結(jié)果表明:高應(yīng)變速率(0.1 s~(-1))時易出現(xiàn)失穩(wěn)變形區(qū),并以局部不均勻變形為主要失穩(wěn)形式。當(dāng)應(yīng)變?yōu)?.7時,加工圖中存在兩個穩(wěn)定變形區(qū):I區(qū)(350~430°C,0.005~0.1 s~(-1))和Ⅱ區(qū)(450~480°C,0.001~0.05 s~(-1)),其主要軟化機(jī)制均為動態(tài)回復(fù)。在變形區(qū)I中得到均勻的顯微組織,在變形區(qū)Ⅱ中發(fā)生擴(kuò)展回復(fù),這將導(dǎo)致潛在的亞晶界逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾碌拇蠼嵌染Ы。AA2014鍛造鋁合金的最佳熱加工參數(shù)如下:溫度370~420°C,應(yīng)變速率0.008~0.08 s~(-1)。
[Abstract]:The hot deformation behavior of AA2014 forged aluminum alloy was studied by isothermal compression test.The test was carried out on a Gleeble-3180 thermal simulator. The temperature and strain rate ranges were 350 480擄 C and 0.001g / s ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively.The microstructure of the alloy under different deformation conditions was observed by means of metallographic microscope, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the unstable deformation zone is easy to occur at high strain rate (0.1 s-1), and the local inhomogeneous deformation is the main form of instability.When the strain is 0.7, there are two stable deformation zones in the processing diagram, one is 350,430 擄C ~ (0. 005C ~ (1)) and the other is area 鈪,
