5356鋁合金Tri-arc DE雙絲三電弧焊接工藝研究

【摘要】:本課題是對一種新型的Tri-arc DE雙絲三電弧焊接方法進(jìn)行的鋁合金焊接工藝探究。這種新型的雙絲焊,不但在兩根焊絲與工件之間建立了兩個電弧,還在兩焊絲之間建立了第三電弧M弧,新引入的第三電弧可以調(diào)節(jié)流經(jīng)焊絲和工件的比例,對鋁合金的熔絲增材制造具有很高的應(yīng)用前景。首先,利用高速攝像,拍攝焊接電弧和熔滴。隨著送絲速度增加,焊絲干伸長變大,弧長相應(yīng)減小,電弧被壓扁;電弧能量隨著送絲速度的增加,呈現(xiàn)先集中后分散的趨勢;在電弧電壓升高時,弧柱逐漸拉長,電弧越來越爍亮,電弧能量增大;熔滴過渡形式起初是短路過渡,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)增大M電流,過渡形式變化為短路過渡和射流過渡的混合過渡形式。其次,通過陰極清理寬度來衡量清理效果對鋁合金的氧化膜陰極清理進(jìn)行了探究。隨著送絲速度的增加,清理寬度增加;而隨著M弧的電流的增加,陰極清理寬度越來越小,效果逐漸變差;導(dǎo)電嘴到工件的距離應(yīng)設(shè)置在10~15mm之間可以獲得最佳的清理效果;采用高純氬氣做保護(hù)氣體焊接時的陰極清理寬度明顯大于普通氬氣的清理寬度。再次,對焊接參數(shù)對焊縫成形性的影響進(jìn)行了研究。隨著送絲速度的增大,熔敷率是接近于線性增加的,焊縫成形系數(shù)的變化呈先減小后增大的趨勢變化;調(diào)節(jié)增大M電流,可以減少流入工件的電流,以起到減小焊接應(yīng)力與變形的作用,使得焊接變形明顯減少。最后,對5356鋁合金焊接接頭進(jìn)行了力學(xué)性能測試、顯微分析以及氣孔率的探究。經(jīng)實驗獲得,當(dāng)焊接電壓25V、送絲速度6.0m/min,M電流為36A時,能夠獲得最佳綜合性能的焊接接頭。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of Tri-arc DE double wire three arc welding process for aluminum alloy is studied.This new type of double wire welding not only establishes two arcs between the two wires and the workpiece, but also establishes the third arc M-arc between the two wires. The newly introduced third arc can adjust the ratio of the flow through the wire to the workpiece.It has a high prospect of application in the fabrication of aluminum alloy.First, the welding arc and droplet are photographed by high speed camera.With the increase of wire feeding speed, the wire dry elongation becomes larger, the arc length decreases accordingly, the arc is flattened, the arc energy increases with the wire feeding speed, and the arc energy is concentrated first and then dispersed. When the arc voltage increases, the arc column gradually elongates.The arc becomes more bright and the arc energy increases, and the droplet transfer is initially a short-circuit transition. When the M current is increased, the transition form changes to a mixed transition form of short-circuit transition and jet transition.Secondly, the cathodic cleaning of aluminum alloy oxide film was studied by measuring the cleaning effect by cathodic cleaning width.With the increase of wire feeding speed, the cleaning width increases, and with the increase of M-arc current, the cathodic cleaning width becomes smaller and the effect becomes worse, the distance from the conductive nozzle to the workpiece should be set between 10~15mm to obtain the best cleaning effect.The cathodic cleaning width of high purity argon is larger than that of common argon.Thirdly, the influence of welding parameters on weld formability is studied.With the increase of wire feeding speed, the deposition rate is close to the linear increase, and the change of weld forming coefficient decreases first and then increases, and when M current is increased, the current flowing into workpiece can be reduced.In order to reduce the welding stress and deformation, the welding deformation is obviously reduced.Finally, the mechanical properties, microanalysis and porosity of 5356 aluminum alloy welded joints were tested.The experimental results show that when the welding voltage is 25V and the wire feeding speed is 6.0m / min M current 36A, the best comprehensive performance welding joint can be obtained.
