自潤滑型無鉻鈍化涂層成膜機制及潤滑性能研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的鍍鋅板表面鈍化工藝主要采用六價鉻鈍化處理。但是,六價鉻是劇毒物質(zhì),對人體和環(huán)境都有嚴重危害,含有六價鉻的產(chǎn)品受到了嚴格的限制。此外,隨著鍍鋅板加工工藝對膜層的要求逐漸提高,對耐熱性、耐水性、自潤滑性以及耐腐蝕性等要求越來越苛刻。因此,開發(fā)無鉻自潤滑型鈍化工藝技術(shù),解決六價鉻的污染問題,是綠色工業(yè)技術(shù)的大勢所趨。1)通過響應(yīng)面曲線法篩選出最佳無鉻自潤滑型鈍化液配方:復(fù)合硅烷偶聯(lián)劑3.88%,鉬酸銨1.55%,納米硅溶膠3.53%,單寧酸3.15%,水性苯丙乳液3.4%和水性聚乙烯蠟0.15%。最終,自潤滑液的固體份為15%-16%、粘度為6.5-7 mPa·S、密度為1.01~1.02kg/dm3、pH值為6.5;2)使用加壓輥涂的先進工藝制備了均勻、透明的無鉻自潤滑膜,并建立自潤滑皮膜量工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)標準曲線;利用掃描電鏡、X射線光電子能譜、輝光放電發(fā)射光譜和紅外光譜等手段對膜層微觀特征進行分析;通過電化學測試及鹽霧試驗對膜層耐蝕性進行了對比研究,分析了耐指紋性、耐水性和耐熱性等表面性能,實驗表明自潤滑膜層性能優(yōu)異;3)研究了無鉻自潤滑膜層的成膜機制:(i)硅烷分子在鍍鋅板表面形成致密的空間立體網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),將無機緩蝕劑包覆在膜的內(nèi)部;(ii)鋅和鉬酸銨反應(yīng)生成的鉬酸鋅填充在網(wǎng)狀硅烷膜內(nèi);(iii)水性苯丙乳液和聚乙烯蠟在硅烷膜上形成均勻穩(wěn)定的自潤滑膜層;分析了無鉻自潤滑型鈍化膜層的耐蝕機理:首先水性苯丙乳液形成的均勻膜層,阻擋腐蝕性介質(zhì)向金屬基體的擴散:其次鉬酸銨反應(yīng)形成化合物和單寧酸形成的化合物同時提高自潤滑膜層的電阻,抑制腐蝕反應(yīng),降低反應(yīng)速度,從而達到緩蝕目的;4)對無鉻自潤滑型鈍化鍍鋅板沖壓過程進行了數(shù)值建模和有限元模擬,表明鈍化鍍鋅板加工生產(chǎn)時,應(yīng)該盡量考慮使用軋制方法,避免使用大載荷的沖壓/擠壓方式:得出自潤滑型鈍化膜最佳使用參數(shù)為:填充劑配比為0.48,膜層厚度為900mg/m2,溫度150℃,載荷150 N;且具有自潤滑性的鈍化鍍鋅板沖壓性能明顯優(yōu)于其他產(chǎn)品。無鉻自潤滑型鈍化膜目前已經(jīng)在工業(yè)上得到了實際的應(yīng)用和推廣,本研究獲得國家科技部863計劃資助,取得的研究成果對自潤滑鈍化膜的研究和發(fā)展具有非常重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The traditional galvanized plate surface passivation process mainly adopts hexavalent chromium passivation treatment.However, hexavalent chromium is a highly toxic substance, which is seriously harmful to human body and environment, and the products containing hexavalent chromium are strictly restricted.In addition, with the process of zinc plating, the requirements of coating are gradually improved, and the requirements of heat resistance, water resistance, self-lubricity and corrosion resistance are becoming more and more stringent.Therefore, the development of chromium-free self-lubricating passivation technology to solve the pollution problem of hexavalent chromium,It is the general trend of green industrial technology. 1) the best formula of chromium-free self-lubricating passivation solution is selected by response surface curve method: compound silane coupling agent 3.88, ammonium molybdate 1.55um, nano-silica sol 3.53, tannic acid 3.15g, waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsion 3.4% and waterborne polyethylene wax 0.15.Finally, the solid content of self-lubricating liquid is 15-16, the viscosity is 6.5-7 mPa / s, the density is 1.01 ~ 1.02kg / dm ~ (3) and pH value is 6.5 ~ (2)) the uniform and transparent chromium-free self-lubricating film is prepared by using the advanced technology of pressure roller coating, and the standard curve of industrialized production of self-lubricating film is established.The microcosmic characteristics of the film were analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, glow discharge emission spectrum and infrared spectrum, the corrosion resistance of the film was studied by electrochemical test and salt spray test, and the fingerprint resistance was analyzed.Surface properties such as water resistance and heat resistance. The experimental results show that the self-lubricating film has excellent performance. (3) the film forming mechanism of chromium-free self-lubricating film is studied. The silane molecule forms a dense three-dimensional reticular structure on the surface of galvanized sheet.Zinc molybdate, which was formed by the reaction of zinc with ammonium molybdate, was filled in the reticulated silane film with aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion and polyethylene wax to form a uniform and stable self-lubricating film layer on the silane film.The corrosion resistance mechanism of chromium-free self-lubricating passivation film was analyzed.Secondly, ammonium molybdate reacts to form compound and tannic acid to form compound. Meanwhile, the resistance of self-lubricating film is increased, corrosion reaction is inhibited and reaction speed is reduced.The stamping process of chromium-free self-lubricated passivated galvanized sheet is modeled and simulated by finite element method. It is shown that rolling method should be taken into account when passivation galvanized sheet is produced.Avoid the use of heavy load stamping / extrusion: the best parameters of self-lubricating passivation film are: filling ratio 0.48, thickness of film 900mg / m2, temperature 150 鈩,
