瞬態(tài)形核工藝制備A356合金半固態(tài)漿料的研究

【摘要】:采用基于瞬態(tài)形核工藝的半固態(tài)合金漿料生產(chǎn)裝置來(lái)制備A356合金半固態(tài)漿料,研究熔體溫度、制漿通道傾角對(duì)漿料組織的影響,探討瞬態(tài)形核工藝中半固態(tài)漿料球狀初生相的制備機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:熔體溫度700℃,制漿通道傾角20°以及熔體溫度680℃,制漿通道傾角30°~40°條件下,均制備出具有典型半固態(tài)形貌的A356合金半固態(tài)漿料。熔體溫度確定時(shí),在一定范圍的制漿通道傾角條件下才能制備出合格的半固態(tài)漿料。采用瞬態(tài)形核工藝制備合金半固態(tài)漿料的晶核來(lái)源主要有四方面:一是受制漿通道內(nèi)壁激冷而瞬時(shí)形核;二是附著在制漿通道內(nèi)壁上的晶核,在熔體流動(dòng)沖刷作用下進(jìn)入熔體內(nèi)部形成游離晶核;三是受激冷形核棒激冷大量形成晶核;四是由于激冷形核棒自身的熔蝕產(chǎn)生大量晶核。
[Abstract]:A semi-solid alloy slurry production device based on transient nucleation process was used to prepare semi-solid slurry of A356 alloy. The effects of melt temperature and channel inclination angle on the microstructure of A356 alloy slurry were studied.The preparation mechanism of semisolid slurry spherical primary phase in transient nucleation process was discussed.The results show that A356 alloy semi-solid slurry with typical semi-solid morphology is prepared under the conditions of melt temperature 700 鈩,
