【摘要】:采用鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊和金屬惰性氣體保護(hù)焊兩種工藝對(duì)T6態(tài)AA6082合金管進(jìn)行焊接,比較所得焊接接頭的顯微組織特性和力學(xué)性能。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡,拉伸測(cè)試和顯微硬度測(cè)試研究焊接工藝的影響。結(jié)果表明,由于形成了細(xì)小的等軸晶且枝晶間距較小,TIG焊接接頭的拉伸強(qiáng)度比MIG焊接接頭的拉伸強(qiáng)度高,強(qiáng)度可提高25%。在焊接效率方面,TIG焊接可得到更可靠的強(qiáng)度,與MIG焊接相比,其強(qiáng)度可提高25%。兩種焊接工藝焊縫區(qū)的硬度都大幅度降低,這是由于高溫時(shí)材料發(fā)生了相變。MIG焊接樣品的硬度較低,為1.08GPa。MIG焊接接頭的熱影響區(qū)比TIG焊接接頭的稍大,這是由于單位長(zhǎng)度的熱輸出更大。
[Abstract]:T6 AA6082 alloy tubes were welded by tungsten inert gas shielded welding and metal inert gas shielded welding. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were compared.The effect of welding process was studied by means of optical microscope, tensile test and microhardness test.The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joints is higher than that of the MIG joints due to the formation of fine equiaxed crystals and the smaller dendritic spacing. The tensile strength of the welded joints can be increased by 25%.In terms of welding efficiency, TIG welding can obtain more reliable strength, compared with MIG welding, its strength can be increased by 25%.The hardness of weld zone of the two welding processes has been greatly reduced, which is due to the lower hardness of the material phase change. MIG welding sample at high temperature, which means that the heat affected zone of the 1.08GPa.MIG welding joint is slightly larger than that of the TIG welding joint.This is due to the larger heat output per unit length.
