【摘要】:隨著高新技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,沖孔成型工藝在機(jī)械加工過程中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,同時(shí),伴隨著鋁型材在建筑行業(yè)中的不斷應(yīng)用,單排液壓沖孔機(jī)在市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。本課題針對(duì)某企業(yè)150T單排液壓沖孔機(jī)在對(duì)鋁模板進(jìn)行群加工時(shí)易出現(xiàn)偏載現(xiàn)象、料件變形大、孔之間的尺寸精度達(dá)不到加工要求且沖壓的孔不夠光滑、智能化程度低等問題進(jìn)行機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、液壓系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),其主要內(nèi)容為:首先運(yùn)用SolidWorks對(duì)150T單排液壓沖孔機(jī)進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體建模,并利用Hypermesh進(jìn)行有限元分析,由結(jié)果分析沖孔機(jī)進(jìn)行群沖孔時(shí)易出現(xiàn)偏載現(xiàn)象、料件變形大等原因。針對(duì)原有機(jī)構(gòu)所存在的此類問題,提出“類八字型”新型機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)對(duì)沖孔機(jī)上的沖針進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),使每組沖針呈階梯狀從高到低依次排列。此外還對(duì)改進(jìn)后的沖孔機(jī)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)和模態(tài)分析,結(jié)果得出各部件受力均勻且最大應(yīng)力減少13.1%,最大變形量減小了37.84%。其次對(duì)150T單排液壓沖孔機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用AMESIM軟件對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)建模并對(duì)此模型進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),得出位移和流量等性能曲線。在不改變液壓系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)性能的情況下改進(jìn)液壓系統(tǒng),采用高、低壓雙泵組合供油以此滿足液壓系統(tǒng)各階段所需要的流量和壓力。AMESIM仿真結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)后的液壓系統(tǒng)液壓缸和閥的流量變化更加平穩(wěn),沖孔周期縮短43.71%。最后針對(duì)150T單排液壓沖孔機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)存在的問題,設(shè)計(jì)了以三菱FN系列PLC與GOT11系列觸摸屏為基礎(chǔ)的控制系統(tǒng)和可視化界面。更加清楚的監(jiān)視和調(diào)整設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)功能上的一體化,結(jié)構(gòu)上的集成化和微型化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high and new technology, punching molding technology plays a more and more important role in the process of mechanical processing, at the same time, with the continuous application of aluminum profile in the construction industry, The single row hydraulic punching machine has broad market prospect in the market development. This subject aims at a certain enterprise 150T single row hydraulic punching machine is easy to appear the biased load phenomenon in the aluminum template group processing, the material part distortion is big, this topic is aimed at a certain enterprise 150T single row hydraulic punching machine when carries on the group processing to the aluminum template, The dimension precision between holes can not reach the requirement of machining, the punching hole is not smooth enough, the intelligence degree is low and so on, the improvement design of mechanical structure, hydraulic system and control system is carried out. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the 3D solid model of 150T single row hydraulic punching machine is built by using SolidWorks, and the finite element analysis is carried out by Hypermesh. In view of this kind of problems existing in the original mechanism, a new type of mechanism of "like eight characters" is put forward, and the punching needle on the punching machine is improved in design at the same time. In addition, the improved punching machine was analyzed by statics and modal analysis. The results show that the stress of each component is uniform, the maximum stress is reduced by 13.1and the maximum deformation is reduced by 37.84. secondly, the hydraulic system of 150T single row hydraulic punching machine is improved and the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated by AMESIM software. The performance curves of displacement and flow are obtained. The hydraulic system is improved without changing the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system. The simulation results show that the flow rate and pressure of the improved hydraulic system hydraulic cylinder and valve are more stable after the combined oil supply with low pressure double pump is used to meet the need of flow and pressure in each stage of the hydraulic system, and the simulation results show that the flow rate of the improved hydraulic system is more stable. The punching period is shortened by 43.71. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the electric control system of 150T single row hydraulic punching machine, The control system and visual interface based on Mitsubishi FN series PLC and GOT11 series touch screen are designed, which can clearly monitor and adjust the running state of the equipment, realize the integration of function, integration and miniaturization of structure.
