緩蝕劑對混凝土模擬液中HRBF500鋼筋耐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:應用動電位極化、交流阻抗譜(EIS)、Mott-Schottky曲線測量及掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察,研究了緩蝕劑D-葡萄糖酸鈉(SD)、苯并三氮唑(BTA)、亞硝酸鈉(SN)對含質量分數為3.5%NaCl的模擬混凝土孔隙液(SCP溶液)中細晶高強鋼筋(HRBF500鋼筋)耐蝕性的影響,并與文獻報道的此類緩蝕劑對碳素鋼筋的緩蝕效果進行了比較.結果表明:在SCP溶液中添加SD后,HRBF500鋼筋的腐蝕過程受到抑制,阻抗增大,鈍化膜為n型半導體,載流子密度降低,鋼筋表面光整致密;添加BTA后,HRBF500鋼筋的各項電化學指標下降,鋼筋表面布滿腐蝕坑;添加SN后,HRBF500鋼筋的腐蝕過程也受到抑制.SD,SN可作為HRBF500鋼筋的緩蝕劑;BTA不適合作為HRBF500鋼筋的緩蝕劑,不同于其對碳素鋼筋的緩蝕作用.
[Abstract]:Potentiodynamic polarization, EISTS-Schottky curve measurement and SEM observation were used. The effects of corrosion inhibitors such as sodium gluconate, benzotriazole, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrite on the corrosion resistance of high strength fine grain steel bar (HRBF500) in simulated concrete pore solution with mass fraction of 3.5%NaCl were studied. The corrosion inhibition effect of this kind of inhibitor on carbon steel bar was compared with that reported in the literature. The results showed that the corrosion process of HRBF500 steel bar was inhibited by adding SD in SCP solution, the impedance was increased, and the passivation film was n type semiconductor. The density of carrier decreases, the surface of steel bar is smooth and compact, the electrochemical index of steel bar HRBF500 decreases after adding BTA, and the surface of steel bar is covered with corrosion pits. The corrosion process of HRBF500 steel bar after adding SN is also inhibited. SD-SN can be used as the corrosion inhibitor of HRBF500 steel bar. It is not suitable for the corrosion inhibitor of HRBF500 steel bar, which is different from its corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel bar.
