鉭鎢合金動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)行為及其本構(gòu)模型研究(英文)

【摘要】:對(duì)2種鉭鎢合金(Ta-2.5W和Ta-10W,鎢的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為2.5%和10%)的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)變形行為進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。根據(jù)準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)、霍普金森壓桿(SHPB)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,表明2種鉭鎢合金的流動(dòng)應(yīng)力對(duì)加載應(yīng)變率和鎢的含量較為敏感,并擬合得到了2種鉭鎢合金的JC本構(gòu)模型參數(shù)。其次,為驗(yàn)證本構(gòu)模型的合理性,開(kāi)展了泰勒撞擊實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬研究,應(yīng)變率范圍為10~3~10~4 s~(-1),數(shù)值模擬得到的泰勒桿側(cè)輪廓與撞擊端面輪廓與實(shí)驗(yàn)吻合較好。最后,為研究鉭鎢合金變形后的細(xì)觀(guān)特性,對(duì)桿件進(jìn)行了光學(xué)顯微照片分析。本研究方法與結(jié)果可為材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系的確定提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The quasi-static and dynamic deformation behaviors of Ta-2.5W and Ta-10W of two kinds of tantalum tungsten alloys were systematically studied. The experimental results of Hopkinson compression bar SHPBwere based on the quasi-static compression experiment, and the mass fraction of tungsten was 2.5% and 10%, respectively. It is shown that the flow stress of the two tantalum-tungsten alloys is sensitive to the loading strain rate and the tungsten content, and the parameters of the JC constitutive model of the two kinds of tantalum tungsten alloys are fitted. Secondly, to verify the rationality of the constitutive model, Taylor impact experiments and numerical simulation studies have been carried out. The strain rate ranges from 10 ~ (3) ~ 10 ~ (10) ~ (4) s ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The profile of Taylor bar side and the profile of impact end surface obtained by numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. Finally, in order to study the mesoscopic characteristics of tantalum and tungsten alloy after deformation, The method and results of this study can be used for reference in determining the constitutive relationship of the material.
