滲鋁處理對(duì)鎳基超合金Hastelloy X高溫氧化行為的影響研究

【摘要】:對(duì)鎳基超合金Hastelloy X進(jìn)行滲鋁處理,并對(duì)滲鋁層的高溫循環(huán)氧化性能和微觀組織進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)950℃×9 h固體滲鋁處理后,在鎳基超合金Hastelloy X表面生成厚度約75μm的Ni-Al合金層,并有細(xì)小的析出相產(chǎn)生,同時(shí)在合金層與基材之間有厚約5.5μm的中間擴(kuò)散層生成。滲鋁處理后的Hastelloy X試片具有較佳的抗高溫氧化能力。中間擴(kuò)散層在多次高溫循環(huán)氧化之后開始產(chǎn)生橫向裂痕,對(duì)鋁化Hastelloy X的抗高溫氧化能力不利。
