熱處理工藝對(duì)AZ61鎂合金干摩擦磨損性能的影響

【摘要】:通過常溫下的銷盤式干滑動(dòng)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn),研究固溶及不同時(shí)間的時(shí)效處理對(duì)鑄態(tài)AZ61鎂合金摩擦磨損性能的影響.試驗(yàn)載荷為100 N,滑動(dòng)速度為0.78 m/s,滑動(dòng)距離為1 km.結(jié)果表明:固溶處理使鑄態(tài)合金中的粗大β-Mg17Al12相溶解,導(dǎo)致合金的硬度降低,摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率升高;在170℃下對(duì)AZ61合金進(jìn)行不同時(shí)間(0~80 h)的時(shí)效處理使尺寸細(xì)小的β相在晶內(nèi)和晶界處析出,提高了合金的耐磨性,其中時(shí)效20 h后合金的摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率最低.AZ61合金在摩擦磨損的過程中共存在三種磨損機(jī)制:磨粒磨損、氧化磨損及剝層磨損.
[Abstract]:Through the dry sliding friction and wear test at room temperature, The effects of solid solution and aging treatment at different time on the friction and wear properties of as-cast AZ61 magnesium alloy were studied. The test load is 100N, the sliding speed is 0.78 m / s, and the sliding distance is 1 km 路s. The results show that the coarse 尾 -Mg17Al12 phase in the as-cast alloy can be dissolved by solid solution treatment.
