加熱溫度對(duì)錫青銅擠壓成形后組織性能的影響

【摘要】:以錫青銅QSn7-0.2合金為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)進(jìn)行金相、硬度、拉伸、XRD、掃描電鏡等實(shí)驗(yàn)方法來(lái)研究不同的加熱溫度對(duì)擠壓成形后的錫青銅組織性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:加熱至720℃擠壓后坯料的組織性能最佳,尤其是斷面收縮率,從而為下一步旋壓工藝提供最佳的毛坯;并對(duì)加熱至780℃擠壓開裂的原因進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn):加熱至780℃時(shí),坯料表面邊部有"錫汗"冒出,隨后擠壓成形的杯形件端面在"錫汗"區(qū)域產(chǎn)生裂紋,對(duì)其組織進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),此區(qū)域顯微組織呈鑄態(tài)樹枝晶,晶內(nèi)偏析明顯,并發(fā)現(xiàn)三元共晶組織(α+δ+Cu_3P),三元共晶體的存在引起合金的熱脆,這是錫青銅杯形件熱擠壓時(shí)產(chǎn)生裂紋的主要原因。
