激光-電弧復(fù)合焊等離子體特性與焊縫熔深相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:利用光譜儀、高速相機(jī)對激光-電弧兩脈沖復(fù)合焊接過程的等離子體輻射光譜及電弧形態(tài)進(jìn)行了采集;贐oltzmann作圖法和Stark展寬法計(jì)算了等離子體電子溫度和電子密度,研究了不同激光脈沖作用時(shí)間和不同頻率脈沖電弧對電子溫度和電子密度的影響。結(jié)合等離子體發(fā)射光譜圖和高速圖像信息,分析了激光-電弧兩脈沖復(fù)合焊等離子體物理特性。結(jié)果表明:隨著激光脈沖作用時(shí)間的增加,電弧收縮,亮度提高,電子溫度降低,電子密度升高,熔深值增大,光譜強(qiáng)度增加,焊縫中氮含量降低;隨著電弧脈沖頻率的增加,電弧體積變大,亮度提高,電子溫度和電子密度均下降,熔深值呈現(xiàn)逐漸降低的趨勢,焊縫區(qū)上部的電弧焊特征明顯增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The plasma radiation spectrum and arc shape of laser arc combined welding process were collected by using spectrometer and high speed camera. The plasma electron temperature and electron density were calculated based on Boltzmann drawing method and Stark broadening method. The effects of different laser pulse time and frequency on electron temperature and electron density are studied. The physical characteristics of plasma in laser-arc two-pulse composite welding are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of laser pulse action time, the arc shrinks, the brightness increases, the electron temperature decreases, the electron density increases, and the penetration value increases. With the increase of the frequency of arc pulse, the volume of arc becomes larger, the brightness increases, the electron temperature and electron density decrease, and the value of penetration decreases gradually. The arc welding characteristics of the upper part of the weld area are obviously enhanced.
