固溶處理對(duì)7021鋁合金組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:采用金相觀察、力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等方法,研究了固溶處理對(duì)7021鋁合金板材顯微組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨固溶溫度的升高和保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),合金的未溶相逐步溶入基體,經(jīng)120℃×24h人工時(shí)效后,合金強(qiáng)度逐漸提高,380℃×40min固溶時(shí)合金強(qiáng)度最高。而隨著固溶溫度進(jìn)一步升高或固溶時(shí)間不斷延長(zhǎng),合金中纖維狀組織發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,晶粒不斷長(zhǎng)大,合金強(qiáng)度降低,伸長(zhǎng)率提高。7021鋁合金的最佳固溶處理工藝為380℃下保溫40min。
[Abstract]:The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7021 aluminum alloy sheet was studied by means of metallographic observation and mechanical property test. The results showed that with the increase of solution temperature and the prolongation of holding time, the effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7021 aluminum alloy sheet was studied.
