基于復(fù)合熱源的鋁合金激光-MIG復(fù)合焊接的有限元模擬

【摘要】:針對(duì)15mm厚Al-Mg-Zn鋁合金試板多層多道激光-MIG復(fù)合焊接過程,綜合考慮了脈沖MIG焊接過程大量焊絲的填充帶入熔池的熔滴熱量和激光焊接過程中的小孔能量沉積效應(yīng),建立了復(fù)合熱源模型。使用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)上述焊接過程進(jìn)行了溫度場(chǎng)模擬,同時(shí)采用非線性彈性邊界條件來模擬真實(shí)的工裝約束作用;通過與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,模擬的焊縫形貌與試驗(yàn)吻合得較好。
[Abstract]:In view of the multilayer and multi-channel laser-MIG composite welding process of 15mm thick Al-Mg-Zn aluminum alloy test plate, the effect of droplet heat filled with a large number of wires into the weld pool during pulsed MIG welding and the energy deposition effect of holes in the laser welding process are considered synthetically. A composite heat source model is established. The temperature field of the welding process is simulated by using the ABAQUS finite element software, and the nonlinear elastic boundary conditions are used to simulate the real constraints of the tooling, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The simulated weld morphology is in good agreement with the test.
