熱處理對(duì)TA2材料的金相組織及硬度的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下化工用TA2合金的微觀組織和硬度的變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著保溫溫度的升高,TA2合金晶粒逐漸長(zhǎng)大。此外,爐冷相比于空冷和水冷,對(duì)晶粒的長(zhǎng)大促進(jìn)作用最為明顯。硬度測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),不同厚度的TA2合金在910℃×2h+水冷處理后均具有最高硬度。
[Abstract]:The changes of microstructure and hardness of chemical TA2 alloy under different heat treatment conditions were studied. It was found that the grain size of TA2 alloy grew gradually with the increase of holding temperature. In addition, the furnace cooling was compared with air cooling and water cooling. The hardness test showed that TA2 alloy with different thickness had the highest hardness after 910 鈩,
