基于響應(yīng)曲面法切削溫度變化規(guī)律及粘焊影響

【摘要】:為了研究硬質(zhì)合金刀具切削不銹鋼材料時(shí)刀-屑粘焊的臨界條件,并獲得切削參數(shù)對(duì)切削溫度及粘焊累積的影響規(guī)律,采用Design-Expert軟件響應(yīng)曲面法進(jìn)行分析.通過(guò)三因素三水平試驗(yàn)建立了在硬質(zhì)合金刀具切削1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼過(guò)程中切削溫度的預(yù)測(cè)模型,并對(duì)相應(yīng)的回歸模型進(jìn)行了分析,證明了預(yù)測(cè)模型以及對(duì)應(yīng)因素的顯著性.結(jié)果表明:該預(yù)測(cè)模型較為準(zhǔn)確,具有較好的可靠性和實(shí)用性;刀-屑粘焊的溫度區(qū)范圍一般不超過(guò)800℃;刀具前刀面粘焊微觀形貌呈現(xiàn)一定程度的顆粒扎堆狀態(tài);切削速度和進(jìn)給量的交互作用對(duì)切削溫度的影響最為顯著.
[Abstract]:In order to study the critical condition of cutter chip bonding welding in cutting stainless steel material with cemented carbide tool, the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature and bonding accumulation is obtained. By using the response surface method of Design-Expert software, the prediction model of cutting temperature in the process of cutting 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with cemented carbide tool was established by three factors and three levels test, and the corresponding regression model was analyzed. The prediction model and the significance of corresponding factors are proved. The results show that the prediction model is more accurate, has better reliability and practicability, and the temperature range of knife chip bonding welding is generally less than 800 鈩,
