熱處理工藝對無鉛硅黃銅組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀及電化學腐蝕試驗、切削試驗等,觀察并研究了65CuZn3Si合金和65CuZn1Si合金熱處理前后微觀組織、腐蝕性能和切削性能的變化。結(jié)果表明:在水冷條件下,隨退火溫度的升高,65CuZn3Si合金γ相晶粒尺寸逐漸變小,且有富含Si、P的納米級顆粒狀質(zhì)點析出;當退火溫度達到800℃時,γ相尺寸僅為1~5μm,合金的切削性能得到明顯的改善;同時,其耐腐蝕性能也有所提高。而含Si量較低的65CuZn1Si合金,熱處理對其性能的改善并不明顯。
[Abstract]:The microstructure of 65CuZn3Si alloy and 65CuZn1Si alloy before and after heat treatment were observed and studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, electrochemical corrosion test and cutting test. The results show that the grain size of 緯 phase of 65CuZn3Si alloy becomes smaller with the increase of annealing temperature under water cooling condition, and there are precipitated nanoparticles rich in SiOP-rich particles.
