【摘要】:對(duì)某公司出廠的圓形鋼坯進(jìn)行超聲波探傷時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋缺陷,通過X射線探傷分析、化學(xué)成分分析、微觀斷口形貌觀察、低倍組織分析、金相組織及夾雜分析,對(duì)該鋼坯進(jìn)行了裂紋缺陷分析。結(jié)果表明,脆性夾雜是鋼坯形成微裂紋的主要原因,另外,基體組織中的珠光體偏析條帶為這種脆性微裂紋的產(chǎn)生提供了有利條件。
[Abstract]:Crack defects were found during ultrasonic inspection of round steel billet produced by a certain company. X-ray examination, chemical composition analysis, microscopic fracture morphology observation, low-power microstructure analysis, metallographic structure and inclusion analysis were used. The results show that the brittle inclusion is the main reason for the formation of microcracks in the billet and the pearlite segregation strip in the matrix provides favorable conditions for the formation of the brittle microcracks.
