精煉和熱軋工藝對(duì)熱軋帶鋼SPHC組織性能的影響

【摘要】:采用工業(yè)試驗(yàn)方法,研究了精煉工藝和軋鋼工藝對(duì)SPHC熱卷板組織性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,與RH精煉相比,LF精煉形成的夾雜物數(shù)量明顯增加,同時(shí)形成的夾雜物更易成為裂紋源,故生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)用SPHC熱卷板時(shí)可采用LF工藝或RH工藝,而生產(chǎn)沖壓用SPHC熱卷板時(shí)建議采用RH工藝。終軋溫度和卷取溫度對(duì)SPHC熱卷板組織影響較大,鋼板橫截面組織因終軋溫度和卷取溫度差異而不同。終軋溫度和卷取溫度較低時(shí),鋼板邊部和表面易形成混晶組織,提高終軋溫度至890℃,可將混晶組織控制在邊部40 mm范圍內(nèi)。在合理終軋和卷取溫度前提下,采用兩階段冷卻可保證等軸鐵素體晶粒的適度長(zhǎng)大和固溶C析出,有利于提高鋼板的沖壓性能。
[Abstract]:The effects of refining process and rolling process on the microstructure and properties of SPHC hot coiled plate were studied by industrial test method. The results show that compared with RH refining, the amount of inclusions formed in LF refining is obviously increased, and the inclusions formed at the same time are more likely to be the source of cracks. Therefore, LF process or RH process can be used when SPHC hot coiling plate is used in production structure, while RH process is recommended when SPHC hot coiling plate is produced for stamping. The final rolling temperature and coiling temperature have great influence on the structure of SPHC hot coiling plate. The cross section structure of steel plate is different because of the difference of finish rolling temperature and coiling temperature. When the finish rolling temperature and coiling temperature are low, mixed grain structure is easily formed in the edge and surface of steel plate, and the final rolling temperature is increased to 890 鈩,
