船用柴油機氣缸蓋自動化裝配線設(shè)計

【摘要】:船用柴油機氣缸蓋是組成船用柴油機的核心部件之一,其裝配質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響整個船用柴油機的性能。制造業(yè)是我國的立國之本,我國提出“中國制造2025”的理念,智能制造是其中的主要發(fā)展方向,對船用柴油機氣缸蓋自動化裝配線的研究,不僅彌補了船用柴油機氣缸蓋傳統(tǒng)手工裝配的不足,也是未來船用柴油機制造行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。本課題在對船用柴油機氣缸蓋裝配現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對船用柴油機氣缸蓋自動化裝配線進行總體方案設(shè)計。通過對傳統(tǒng)手工裝配工藝流程以及船用柴油機氣缸蓋各零件外形尺寸特點研究分析,設(shè)計出適合自動化裝配線的裝配工藝流程。通過需求分析,設(shè)計裝配線的總體結(jié)構(gòu)布局以及設(shè)備組成,并通過仿真軟件Plant Simulation進行仿真分析,驗證了裝配線高效性與合理性。對裝配線系統(tǒng)中典型工位裝配設(shè)備進行機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,介紹了各設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)以及工作原理,并進行三維建、干涉檢查以及3DVIA Composer虛擬裝配動畫仿真制作。對裝配線的控制系統(tǒng)進行方案設(shè)計,介紹控制系統(tǒng)的硬件組成和軟件設(shè)計,編制部分PLC程序。自動裝配線主要選用氣動元器件作為各裝配設(shè)備的動力源,介紹了氣動系統(tǒng)的組成以及各組成機構(gòu)的作用,針對裝配線中兩臺典型的裝配設(shè)備,設(shè)計編制了氣動原理圖。本文研究的船用柴油機氣缸蓋自動化裝配線,可以改變目前對于該型號氣缸蓋的手工裝配的現(xiàn)狀,提高了裝配的效率,減輕了裝配工人的負擔,同時該裝配線具有自動化程度高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊和可靠性高等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:The cylinder head of marine diesel engine is one of the core components of marine diesel engine, and its assembly quality directly affects the performance of the whole marine diesel engine. The manufacturing industry is the foundation of our country, and our country puts forward the idea of "made in China 2025". Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of development. The research on the automatic assembly line of marine diesel engine cylinder head not only makes up for the shortage of traditional manual assembly of marine diesel engine cylinder head. It is also the development trend of marine diesel engine manufacturing industry in the future. The overall scheme design of the automatic assembly line of the cylinder head of marine diesel engine is carried out. Through the analysis of the traditional manual assembly process and the shape and size characteristics of the parts of the cylinder head of the marine diesel engine, The assembly process flow suitable for automatic assembly line is designed. Through requirement analysis, the overall structure layout and equipment composition of assembly line are designed, and the simulation analysis is carried out by simulation software Plant Simulation. The high efficiency and rationality of assembly line are verified. The mechanical structure design of typical station assembly equipment in assembly line system is carried out, and the structure and working principle of each equipment are introduced, and three dimensional construction is carried out. Interference inspection and 3DVIA Composer virtual assembly animation simulation. The control system of assembly line is designed. The hardware composition and software design of the control system are introduced. Part of PLC program is compiled. Pneumatic components are used as power source of assembly equipment in automatic assembly line. The composition of pneumatic system and the function of each component mechanism are introduced, aiming at two typical assembly equipments in assembly line. The pneumatic principle diagram is designed and compiled. The automatic assembly line of cylinder head of marine diesel engine studied in this paper can change the present situation of manual assembly for this type of cylinder head, improve the efficiency of assembly and lighten the burden of assembly workers. At the same time, the assembly line has the advantages of high automation, compact structure and high reliability.
