75Cr1鋼加熱爐內(nèi)表面脫碳分析

【摘要】:在實驗室模擬現(xiàn)場加熱爐加熱過程,在CO_2、O_2、H_2O、N_2體積分數(shù)分別為16.5%、0.8%、13%、69.7%的混合氣氛下對75Cr1鋼加熱保溫。通過正交實驗研究了加熱溫度(975、1 050、1 125、1 200℃)和保溫時間(10、20、30、40min)對75Cr1鋼脫碳的影響規(guī)律。并與菲克第二定律的計算結(jié)果進行了對比。實驗結(jié)果表明:脫碳層深度隨著加熱溫度和保溫時間的增加而增加,并且當溫度為1 200℃時,增幅明顯變大;975℃時的實測值接近理論值,1 050、1 125、1 200℃時,實測值遠小于理論值;擴散系數(shù)修正后計算值與實測值基本保持一致。
[Abstract]:In the laboratory to simulate the heating process of the field heating furnace, In this paper, the effect of heat preservation on 75Cr1 steel was studied by orthogonal experiment in a mixed atmosphere of 16.5% volume fraction of CO2O2H2OH2ON2 and 0.8% 1369.7% respectively.
