磷酸鋁鉻封孔處理對熱噴涂WC-12Co涂層耐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:以磷酸鋁鉻溶液和Cr_2O_3粉末為原料制備了一種封孔劑,并對WC-12Co熱噴涂涂層進行封孔處理。利用XRD、SEM、EDS以及TG-DSC分別對磷酸鋁鉻的物相、封孔前后涂層表面形貌、固化特性和耐熱性能進行檢測分析。利用動電位極化電化學測試和熱震試驗分別對封孔前后涂層的抗腐蝕性和固化后的磷酸鋁鉻層的抗熱震性能進行研究。結果表明:磷酸鋁鉻的固化溫度在250℃左右,在700℃內體系無任何熱效應發(fā)生,材料具有良好的耐熱性能。固化后涂層表面致密,磷酸鋁鉻對涂層孔隙具有良好的填充作用,明顯降低了涂層的孔隙率。封孔后的涂層具有較高的自腐蝕電位和較小的腐蝕電流密度,涂層耐蝕性顯著提高。在450℃下進行熱震試驗,當熱震次數(shù)一定時(熱循環(huán)100次),添加填料的磷酸鋁鉻層的剝落面積低于未添加填料的磷酸鋁鉻層,表現(xiàn)出較高的抗熱震性能。
[Abstract]:A kind of sealing agent was prepared by using aluminum chromium phosphate solution and Cr_2O_3 powder as raw materials, and WC-12Co thermal sprayed coating was treated by pore sealing. The phase of aluminum chromium phosphate and the surface morphology of the coating before and after sealing were determined by XRDX SEMEDS and TG-DSC, respectively. The corrosion resistance of the coating before and after sealing and the thermal shock resistance of the solidified aluminum chromium phosphate coating were studied by potentiodynamic polarization electrochemical test and thermal shock test respectively. The results show that the curing temperature of chromium aluminophosphate is about 250 鈩,
