等溫鍛造對鎂合金汽車懸架控制臂性能的影響研究

【摘要】:采用不同的鍛造工藝對AZ31-0.15%Ce鎂合金汽車懸架控制臂進行了鍛造,并進行了力學性能和耐腐蝕性能的測試與對比分析。結果表明:與常規(guī)鍛造相比,采用等溫鍛造方式制備的鎂合金汽車懸架控制臂力學性能和耐腐蝕性能得到顯著提高。該懸架控制臂的最佳鍛造工藝為等溫鍛造,其工藝參數為模具預熱溫度410℃、鍛造溫度410℃、鍛造速度120 mm/min。
[Abstract]:The control arm of automobile suspension of AZ31-0.15 magnesium alloy was forged by different forging technology. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the control arm were tested and compared. The results showed that the forging process was better than that of conventional forging. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the control arm of automobile suspension of magnesium alloy prepared by isothermal forging have been greatly improved. The optimum forging process of the control arm of the suspension is isothermal forging, and its technological parameters are as follows: the preheating temperature of die is 410 鈩,
