小型化氣體發(fā)生器殼體的激光焊接技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,作為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱之一的汽車工業(yè)也得到了持續(xù)的發(fā)展。2009年,中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)量和銷量雙雙沖破1000萬(wàn)輛大關(guān),首次躍居世界第一。汽車的行駛環(huán)境復(fù)雜、汽車保有量的增加、公路運(yùn)輸繁忙、車輛構(gòu)成復(fù)雜以及交通管理法規(guī)有待完善等多種因素,都更容易引發(fā)交通事故,汽車事故不斷增加,交通安全形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻,汽車安全問(wèn)題日益凸顯。社會(huì)的進(jìn)步促使人們以人為本的意識(shí)在不斷增強(qiáng),因此,人們?cè)絹?lái)越重視汽車的安全性。汽車安全氣囊造價(jià)低、使用方便、效果顯著,能有效減輕交通事故對(duì)乘員的傷害,是現(xiàn)代汽車被動(dòng)安全的主要保護(hù)措施之一,發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。氣體發(fā)生器是汽車安全氣囊的核心部件,對(duì)汽車安全氣囊的保護(hù)性能起著舉足輕重的作用。為滿足安全氣囊小型化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的需要,四川華川工業(yè)公司研發(fā)了小型化氣體發(fā)生器。氣體發(fā)生器殼體聯(lián)結(jié)的激光焊接技術(shù)是發(fā)生器制造的核心技術(shù)。激光焊接過(guò)程極其復(fù)雜,受多種因素影響,并且各因素之間又存在相互作用。而且,小型化氣體發(fā)生器殼體激光焊接的余量更小,要求更高。因此,為了保證激光焊接的可靠性,有必要對(duì)氣體發(fā)生器殼體激光焊接技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。本文研究工作主要包括:(1)研究了大功率激光焊接的機(jī)理。首先,分析了氣體發(fā)生器殼體聯(lián)結(jié)選用激光焊接的必要性。其次,深入研究了激光焊接原理、激光焊接的兩種作用機(jī)理、激光焊接過(guò)程檢測(cè)以及焊后焊縫檢測(cè)等相關(guān)技術(shù)理論,并找出影響焊接質(zhì)量的主要因素。(2)選取了影響激光焊接效果最重要的兩個(gè)焊接參數(shù)激光功率和焊接速度,研究了激光功率、焊接速度兩個(gè)焊接工藝參數(shù)對(duì)氣體發(fā)生器殼體焊接熔深和水破壓力的影響。根據(jù)氣體發(fā)生器殼體焊接的需求,以殼體水破壓力試驗(yàn)為手段,選取激光功率和焊接速度進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,獲得氣體發(fā)生器殼體焊接參數(shù)的焊接圖,并應(yīng)用于小型化氣體發(fā)生器產(chǎn)品的焊接。(3)由于目前還沒(méi)有直觀、高效的氣體發(fā)生器殼體激光焊接質(zhì)量檢測(cè)技術(shù),為高效、可靠地控制小型化氣體發(fā)生器殼體的激光焊接質(zhì)量,建立了完整的質(zhì)量過(guò)程控制模式,可用于指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the automobile industry, one of the mainstays of the Chinese economy, has also been continuously developed. In 2009, China's car production and sales both broke through the 10 million vehicle threshold, and for the first time became the largest in the world. The increase in vehicle ownership, the busy road transportation, the complex composition of vehicles and the need to improve traffic management laws and regulations are all more likely to lead to traffic accidents, which are constantly increasing, and the traffic safety situation is very serious. The problem of automobile safety is becoming more and more prominent. The progress of society urges people to be more and more conscious of people-oriented. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the safety of automobile. The cost of automobile airbag is low, the use is convenient, and the effect is remarkable. It is one of the main protective measures for the passive safety of modern automobile, which can effectively reduce the injury caused by traffic accidents to the occupants. It plays an increasingly important role and has a broad market prospect. The gas generator is the core component of the automobile safety airbag. In order to meet the need of the development trend of airbag miniaturization, Sichuan Huachuan Industrial Company has developed a miniaturized gas generator. The laser welding technology connected with the shell of the gas generator is the core technology of the generator manufacture. The laser welding process is extremely complex and affected by many factors. Moreover, the allowance of laser welding of miniaturized gas generator shell is smaller and the requirement is higher. Therefore, in order to ensure the reliability of laser welding, It is necessary to study the laser welding technology of gas generator shell. The research work in this paper mainly includes: 1) the mechanism of high power laser welding is studied. Firstly, the necessity of selecting laser welding for gas generator shell is analyzed. The theory of laser welding, the two mechanisms of laser welding, the detection of laser welding process and the inspection of welding seam after welding are deeply studied. Find out the main factors that affect the welding quality. (2) choose the two most important welding parameters, laser power and welding speed, and study the laser power. The influence of two welding process parameters of welding speed on the welding penetration and water breaking pressure of the gas generator shell. According to the welding requirements of the gas generator shell, the water breaking pressure test of the gas generator shell is taken as the means. Laser power and welding speed are selected to study the welding parameters of the gas generator shell, and applied to the welding of miniaturized gas generator. In order to control the laser welding quality of miniaturized gas generator shell efficiently and reliably, a complete quality process control mode is established, which can be used to guide the production practice.
