較短臨界退火時間下中錳TRIP鋼的組織及力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:利用拉伸試驗機(jī)、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡以及X射線衍射分析了臨界退火溫度和臨界退火時間對中錳鋼的微觀組織以及力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在本文所設(shè)計工藝條件下,由于臨界退火時間短導(dǎo)致組織中的滲碳體無法完全溶解,其微觀組織主要由鐵素體、殘留奧氏體以及滲碳體所構(gòu)成;試樣在650~700℃之間退火能獲得良好性能,但是不同臨界退火溫度出現(xiàn)良好力學(xué)性能所需要的時間不一樣,溫度越高,所需要時間越短;675℃退火5 min時有最佳的力學(xué)性能,抗拉強(qiáng)度約為980 MPa,斷后伸長率約為30%,強(qiáng)塑積接近30 GPa·%。
