【摘要】:鑄輾復(fù)合成形的法蘭內(nèi)部存在較大的殘余應(yīng)力,而且晶粒尺寸分布不均,從而造成部分區(qū)域的力學(xué)性能不能滿足實際要求,給應(yīng)用帶來安全隱患。本文以鑄輾復(fù)合成形的Q235B鋼法蘭為研究對象,利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和力學(xué)性能試驗等方法,研究熱處理工藝參數(shù)對Q235B鋼法蘭微觀組織及力學(xué)性能的影響,探討最佳的熱處理工藝。試驗結(jié)果表明:鑄輾成形后的Q235B鋼法蘭經(jīng)900℃淬火保溫1 h,在10%Na Cl水溶液中冷卻后600℃回火保溫2 h,力學(xué)性能達到實際使用要求。
[Abstract]:The internal residual stress in the flange formed by casting and rolling is large and the distribution of grain size is uneven, which results in the mechanical properties of some areas can not meet the actual requirements. This paper takes the Q235B steel flange formed by casting and rolling as the research object, using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and mechanical property test, etc. The effect of heat treatment process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of Q235B steel flange was studied.
