激光修復(fù)300M超高強(qiáng)度鋼沖擊韌性及斷裂機(jī)理

【摘要】:研究了激光修復(fù)300M超高強(qiáng)度鋼沖擊韌性及斷裂機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,激光修復(fù)300M超高強(qiáng)度鋼沉積態(tài)的顯微組織從修復(fù)區(qū)頂部到基材區(qū)發(fā)生了顯著變化,經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理后顯微組織發(fā)生明顯均勻化,修復(fù)試樣沉積態(tài)的沖擊韌性為14.3J/cm2,遠(yuǎn)低于300M超高強(qiáng)度鋼鍛件。經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理后,沖擊韌性有了顯著地提高,達(dá)到28.3J/cm2。沉積態(tài)試樣的斷裂方式為準(zhǔn)解理斷裂,主裂紋在擴(kuò)展的過(guò)程中橫穿馬氏體領(lǐng)域,且在遇到下一個(gè)領(lǐng)域時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生偏轉(zhuǎn)。熱處理態(tài)試樣的斷裂方式為韌性斷裂。
[Abstract]:The impact toughness and fracture mechanism of 300M ultrahigh strength steel repaired by laser are studied. The results show that the microstructure of laser repairing 300M ultrahigh strength steel has changed significantly from the top of the repair zone to the base material area. After heat treatment, the microstructure was obviously homogenized, and the impact toughness of the deposited specimen was 14.3J / cm ~ 2, which was much lower than that of 300m ultra-high strength steel forgings. After heat treatment, the impact toughness was improved significantly. The fracture mode of the deposited specimen is quasi-cleavage fracture, the main crack crosses the martensite field during the process of propagation, and will deflect in the next field. The fracture mode of the heat-treated specimen is ductile fracture.
