固溶熱處理對(duì)5083F鋁合金耐腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:用5083F鋁合金制造的船舶在海洋環(huán)境中以高速或高流速等狀態(tài)運(yùn)行時(shí)會(huì)受到少量腐蝕,適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚砜筛纳破淠透g性能。通過(guò)硬度、轉(zhuǎn)折電位、不同時(shí)效時(shí)間下的陰極極化電流密度及慢應(yīng)變速率試驗(yàn)找到了防止腐蝕的最佳熱處理?xiàng)l件,即在420℃下加熱樣品30 min,然后在水中冷卻;最佳時(shí)效條件是樣品在180℃下時(shí)效240 min。在海水中的慢應(yīng)變速率試驗(yàn)(SSRT)顯示,最佳條件下熱處理略降低了試樣的強(qiáng)度,但增加了伸長(zhǎng)率和斷裂時(shí)間,熱處理提高了其抗腐蝕性能。
