碳鋼表面聚苯胺復(fù)合防腐涂層的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:本論文采用化學(xué)氧化聚合法制備納米級(jí)聚苯胺水分散液,并將其應(yīng)用于碳鋼板的腐蝕防護(hù)。以丙烯酸乳液或有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂為主要成膜物質(zhì),通過(guò)溶液共混法制備聚苯胺/丙烯酸乳液或聚苯胺/有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂兩種復(fù)合防腐處理液,并考察了緩蝕劑的種類(lèi)及其用量對(duì)聚苯胺復(fù)合防腐涂層性能的影響?疾炝朔(wěn)定劑AM-1.5用量、苯胺單體用量以及磷酸用量對(duì)聚苯胺水分散液合成的影響。結(jié)果表明:穩(wěn)定劑AM-1.5與苯胺單體的質(zhì)量比為2:1時(shí),在研究的苯胺單體含量范圍內(nèi),均能獲得穩(wěn)定的納米級(jí)聚苯胺水分散液,通過(guò)激光納米粒度儀測(cè)試結(jié)果表明其粒徑均小于400nm,且粒徑分布較為集中。實(shí)驗(yàn)得到最佳聚苯胺水分散液配比:穩(wěn)定劑AM-1.5與苯胺的質(zhì)量比為2:1、苯胺單體含量為1.0%以及磷酸含量為10%。采用Tafel曲線、電化學(xué)交流阻抗譜(EIS)等方法,對(duì)聚苯胺納米復(fù)合涂層的防腐蝕性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)在聚苯胺/丙烯酸乳液復(fù)合表面處理液中,聚苯胺含量占總體系的0.40%,復(fù)合涂層的防腐性能最佳。將不同種類(lèi)的緩蝕劑添加到聚苯胺/丙烯酸乳液復(fù)合表面處理液中,當(dāng)偏釩酸鈉含量為0.08%、氟鈦酸銨含量為0.04%、鉬酸鈉含量為0.04%時(shí),聚苯胺/丙烯酸乳液復(fù)合涂層的阻抗模值增加,腐蝕電流密度降低,復(fù)合涂層的防腐性能提升。(2)在聚苯胺/有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂復(fù)合表面處理液中,聚苯胺含量占有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂的1.5%時(shí),復(fù)合涂層的防腐性能最佳。將不同種類(lèi)的緩蝕劑添加到聚苯胺/有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂復(fù)合表面處理液中,當(dāng)氟鈦酸銨含量為0.04%、鉬酸鈉含量為0.06%時(shí),聚苯胺/有機(jī)硅氧烷改性樹(shù)脂復(fù)合涂層的阻抗模值增加,腐蝕電流密度降低,復(fù)合涂層的防腐性能提升。偏釩酸鈉、植酸和單寧酸的加入降低了復(fù)合涂層的耐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, nanometer Polyaniline aqueous dispersion was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization, and was applied to the corrosion protection of carbon steel plate. Acrylic emulsion or organosiloxane modified resin was used as the main film-forming material. Polyaniline / acrylic emulsion or Polyaniline / organosiloxane modified resin were prepared by solution blending method. The effects of kinds of corrosion inhibitors and their dosage on the properties of Polyaniline composite anticorrosive coatings were investigated. The amount of stabilizer AM-1.5 was also investigated. The effects of the amount of aniline monomer and phosphoric acid on the synthesis of Polyaniline aqueous dispersion were studied. The results showed that when the mass ratio of the stabilizer AM-1.5 and aniline monomer was 2: 1, the content of aniline monomer was within the range of studied. Stable nanometer Polyaniline aqueous dispersion was obtained. The results of laser nanocrystalline analyzer show that the particle size is less than 400 nm, and the particle size distribution is more concentrated. The optimum ratio of AM-1.5 to aniline is 2: 1, and the content of aniline monomer is 1.0%. And the content of phosphoric acid is 10. The Tafel curve is used. The corrosion resistance of Polyaniline nanocomposite coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that: 1) in Polyaniline / acrylic emulsion composite surface treatment solution, The content of polyphenylamine is 0.40% of the total system, and the anticorrosive property of the composite coating is the best. Different kinds of corrosion inhibitors are added to the composite surface treatment solution of Polyaniline / acrylic emulsion. When the content of sodium metavanadate is 0.08, the content of ammonium fluoride is 0.04 and the content of sodium molybdate is 0.04, the impedance mode value of Polyaniline / acrylic emulsion composite coating increases and the corrosion current density decreases. In the polyaniline / organosiloxane modified resin, the content of polyphenylamine occupies 1.5% of the modified resin. When the content of ammonium fluoride is 0.04, the content of sodium molybdate is 0.06. The corrosion resistance of polyaniline / organosiloxane modified resin composite coating was decreased with the increase of impedance mode value and the decrease of corrosion current density, while the corrosion resistance of composite coating was reduced by adding sodium metavanadate, phytic acid and tannic acid.
