夾雜物對(duì)超高強(qiáng)度鋼應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)的影響

【摘要】:非金屬夾雜物對(duì)鋼性能的影響與夾雜物的特征參數(shù)密切相關(guān).首先分析拉伸和疲勞載荷下超高強(qiáng)度鋼中Ti N夾雜物導(dǎo)致裂紋萌生的掃描電鏡原位觀察結(jié)果,采用MSC Marc有限元分析軟件對(duì)夾雜物及周圍基體的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,然后對(duì)拉伸載荷下不同特征參數(shù)的Ti N夾雜物及周圍基體的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬.結(jié)果表明,有限元法能夠解釋并預(yù)測(cè)夾雜物及周圍基體的力學(xué)行為.三角形夾雜物尖角附近的應(yīng)力集中最嚴(yán)重.矩形夾雜物內(nèi)部高應(yīng)力區(qū)的位置受夾雜物與外載荷方向夾角的影響.隨鄰近夾雜物間距的增大,基體內(nèi)的最大應(yīng)力由夾雜物外側(cè)移至夾雜物之間.近表面夾雜物使得基體自由表面附近出現(xiàn)高應(yīng)力區(qū),基體內(nèi)最大應(yīng)力的位置受夾雜物與自由表面距離和尺寸的影響.
[Abstract]:The influence of non-metallic inclusions on the properties of steels is closely related to the characteristic parameters of inclusions. Firstly, the in-situ SEM observation results of crack initiation caused by tin inclusions in ultra-high strength steels under tensile and fatigue loads are analyzed. The stress fields of inclusions and their surrounding substrates were calculated by MSC Marc finite element analysis software, and the stress and strain fields of Ti N inclusions with different characteristic parameters under tensile load were simulated. The finite element method can explain and predict the mechanical behavior of inclusions and the surrounding matrix. The stress concentration is the most serious near the sharp angle of triangular inclusions. As the distance between adjacent inclusions increases, The maximum stress in the substrate is shifted from the outside of the inclusions to between the inclusions. The near surface inclusions make the high stress region appear near the free surface of the matrix. The position of the maximum stress in the matrix is affected by the distance and size of the inclusions and the free surfaces.
