軋制溫度對(duì)AZ31B鎂合金薄帶軋制的邊裂及顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:在不同軋制溫度對(duì)AZ31B鎂合金薄板進(jìn)行了溫軋,對(duì)不同厚度板帶的邊裂和顯微組織進(jìn)行了觀(guān)察和分析。通過(guò)軋制試驗(yàn)研究了軋制溫度對(duì)AZ31B鎂合金薄帶的邊裂和顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:鎂合金薄板溫軋邊裂是由剪切變形引起的。隨著軋制溫度的升高,裂紋的深度和間隔都大幅度減小,孿晶數(shù)量減少,晶粒尺寸增大。在220℃軋制能夠有效抑制邊裂的產(chǎn)生,并得到較為理想的晶粒組織。
[Abstract]:The AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was rolled at different rolling temperatures. The effect of rolling temperature on the edge crack and microstructure of AZ31B magnesium alloy strip was studied by rolling test. The results showed that the edge crack of magnesium alloy sheet was warm rolled. Is caused by shear deformation. As the rolling temperature rises, The depth and interval of crack decrease greatly, the number of twins decreases, and the grain size increases. Rolling at 220 鈩,
