【摘要】：基于知識模型、復(fù)合關(guān)系、范疇及確切度等概念,分析與建立了脈沖惰性氣體保護鎢極電弧(TIG)平板堆焊背面熔寬靜態(tài)知識模型,進行了焊接參數(shù)對背面熔池寬度影響的定量計算和定性分析,建立了輸入空間篩選后的背面熔寬一致靜態(tài)知識模型KM*.結(jié)果表明,模糊系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)知識模型適合在不精確、不完整和不一致數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)知識和提取規(guī)則.
[Abstract]:Based on the concepts of knowledge model, compound relation, category and accuracy, the static knowledge model of back melting width of pulsed inert gas shielded tungsten arc arc (TIGG) plate surfacing is analyzed and established. The quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of the influence of welding parameters on the width of the back weld pool are carried out, and the static knowledge model of the backside weld width is established after screening the input space. The results show that the static knowledge model of the fuzzy system is suitable for inaccuracy. Incomplete and inconsistent data are found in knowledge and extraction rules.
